Life happening

I  know I should apologise for my posts being so few and far between for the past few weeks, but between constant internet connectivity problems which means it takes about 40 minutes to open  Blogger (I have been trying to post, just not succeeding), let alone upload a picture, plus the break neck speed that everything has been happening around here lately, it just hasn't happened.

It was absolutely freezing this past weekend on our side of town, and all I wanted to do was stay in bed under my duvet and count the days until spring comes.

But the weekend was jam packed with baby showers and birthday teas and chores a plenty (I swear my husband was just a little too keen to rush back to the office this morning...). We did get a lot done which is always satisfying, but what I am really longing for is one of those weekends where you don't do anything really all that specific, just hang out and have fun.

Well, my sink full of dirty dishes is calling my name and I better get to it before the baby wakes up (not all glamour on this side then you see).
