Don't get me wrong, it was a very fun and productive weekend, but I need about 12 hours of sleep to recover.
This action-packed weekend included:
- Party planning first thing Saturday morning - measuring tables, preparing budgets
- Early morning yoga (I am officially addicted)
- An unexpected shopping trip that was surprisingly successful
- A kiddies birthday party that was loads of fun for Lilia
- Furniture alterations after I decided the cabinet where we store our books would look so much better without doors and as an actual book shelf. And it does look better!
- A rather odd movie
- An unexpected Sunday morning sleep in (Yes! You heard me right! Our little girl slept until 7.30am - woohoo)
- A bit of sewing prep - I finally cut out the pattern for the romper that's been in the cupboard for 3 months. At this rate, I might even meet my November 2012 deadline.
- A long Sunday afternoon lunch with friends
- Sunday evening work - yuck
